Letta ha spiegato che gli 800 milioni ancora non approvati dal Cipe verranno stanziati "quando avremo la certezza che quelle risorse non serviranno per la protezione sociale o per l'occupazione, che sono le nostre principali priorita'". Superata la crisi, ha concluso Letta, "allora la prima delle nostre priorita' sara' la banda larga, che puo' essere motore di sviluppo del nostro Paese".
